The five stars are not for the young I spoke to on the phone, she arrogant, condescending, and when she asked I could t any money I told her I’m disabled and money is tight and she said “ so you’re telling you can’t pay because you’re on disability, and disabled?” I said yeah she then said I’m going to start postponing your appointments until you can” She racially profiled me, she made me feel less than human, and more like trash. Without my meds I could end up in a coma and it dead. I am seriously considering filing a lawsuit against her personally, not the company or my doctor that I see. The five stars are for my doctor I see Dr. Pamela sanders, she is very wonderful, and should not be weighed down by big corporate medical policies. Dr. Sander has brought order to where once was chaos’s in my life she knows what she is doing and she performs it very well. For right now I will not disclose the young woman’s name who treated me like I’m a piece of garbage, I am so very tempted to to reveal name right not it’s not funny. I give one star, no hold on! I give one half of a star to the office staff for their handling of patients… I WANT A PUBLIC APOLOGY VERBALLY AND WRITTEN FIR THE INTERNET TO SEE AND HEAR

I always look forward to the appointment with Dr. Whitlock. He's ready to hear and advise The best course of action for my mental health He's a great doctor. I've had other psychiatrist which they were great as well but they are so good that they open up their own practices. But still with LifeStance someone's always available to make an appointment with, unfortunately it's against policy for the doctor to tell me where they're going so I could keep up with my treatment. now let me say I do not have insurance and I pay out of pocket full price to meet with Dr Whitlock in which they're very compassion that I don't have insurance and they let me make small payments till my next appointment which is great! I highly recommend LifeStands. This is like a Walmart One stop shop nowhere else! May God continue to bless LifeStance for the mental health they are offering to make me better. Thank you LifeStand for helping me with my all my struggles. You guys are the best! 💗

I am sharing my experience with my therapist Tracey Taylor out of the Brandon office. Before seeing Tracey I was experiencing extreme anxiety, panic attacks, and difficulty functioning normally without a lot of difficulty. I was dizzy and breathing poorly, both which led to feeling faint and like I might pass out. I was not sleeping well and that was interfering with my daytime functioning. I was taking increasing amounts of medications to relax, and was just not feeling comfortable or happy. I started seeing Tracey twice a week. I worked hard and followed all she taught me. She is so kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and smart. Changes came quickly and my anxiety grew less difficult. I will continue to work with her as life puts up challenges daily. She is the best thing that ever happened to me. I have total respect for her. If you need help there is no one better.

I can’t say enough good things about this psychiatrist office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, safe, and truly cared for. The staff is kind, professional, and always makes sure you’re comfortable. Appointments run on time, and the environment is calm and peaceful, perfect for anyone dealing with anxiety or depression. I have been through therapy for years through the military and decided that I needed something different and one on one. I got an appointment with Jennifer, Farrell, and am completely satisfied and happy with how far I have come. I feel that she listens and understands me gives me good feedback and most of all I don’t feel like a stranger at every appointment. I’ve been given great tools to use and have a much better understanding of myself, as well as trying to understand others.

I’ve had a really good experience with LifeStance Health, especially with my provider, Ms. Sanders. I’ve been seeing her for about a year now, and she always takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense to me and meets me where I’m at. I never feel rushed or confused after appointments. More than anything, I feel like she genuinely cares, and that’s made it really easy for me to trust her. I’m really glad I found her.
