Process was simple and admissions staff was very friendly. Although it’s not their job, they listen to my concern and appoint me to the perfect therapist. The only thing is that I had to call them to get the link to the zoom appointment, but once you there you can download the app and you are all set. The therapist was perfect, she listen to my concern and is making the perfect strategy for me. I’ve never done this in my life, but I felt it was time I talk to someone. I’m happy I did and I feel so much better from my first meet and greet. Highly recommend talking to someone, you have no idea what a relief.

The people are nice, you can really talk about your problems and for those who hate calling in like I do, the call in is easy. I’ve missed around 3 of my sessions so I had to reschedule three times and while I absolutely hate the call cause of anxiety, the process is really easy. Call in, press the numbers that the answering machine says, talk to person saying your name birth provider and day you want and done! Barely takes 10 minutes easy dubs.

Mental health IS a big deal. If you are not happy, no one around you will be either….Upon leaving my first visit I immediately knew I had made the right decision with the right person. The takeaway from my first appointment is that I also know that I will be ok. Absolutely GREAT experience. Ms. Perera is personable, pleasant and attentive. Nice, comfortable safe surroundings. Looking forward to next appointment! 🙂

I have a virtual appointment with Trisha bordas and needles to say I feel very comfortable sharing my thoughts and concerns with her. I find it very helpful. In my opinion I think she should be giving some kind of credit for her professional knowledge. As far as life stance I couldn't be more pleased with the performance. Dr. Jackson-Riffin is the best. The office staff is always pleasant. Dr. Jackson-Riffin shows a lot of care. I love that she is willing to try different things and not push lots of medication. She is always prompt and professional. Because of Dr Jackson-Riffin I was able to finally find a medication that is working to help balance me out.
