Brigitte Hristea, M.D. obtained her medical degree in Bucharest Romania at the Universitatea de Medicina si Farmacie Carol Davila in 1991, and completed her medical residency in Family Practice prior to moving to the United States. She completed her Adult Psychiatry residency in 2005 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston where she held the position of Chief Resident before going on to a two year Fellowship position in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Hristea practiced at St Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine, providing child and adolescent psychiatric treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She joined the Counseling Center of Nashua ,now known as LifeStance, in 2013. She provides outpatient psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. Dr Hristea has experience in diagnosis and psychopharmacologic management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions .
