Michelle Saidel helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults achieve greater emotional wellness through thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care. As a psychiatrist providing medication management and individual therapy, Michelle works collaboratively with patients and families to develop treatment plans that address both immediate symptoms and long-term well-being. Michelle has extensive experience caring for patients across the lifespan and is particularly skilled at helping individuals navigate complex mental health challenges that affect daily functioning, relationships, academic success, and overall quality of life. Her approach is rooted in understanding each patient’s unique circumstances, strengths, and goals. She strives to create a supportive, respectful environment where patients feel heard and empowered throughout their treatment journey. Her clinical interests include ADHD, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, while also providing care for many additional concerns. Michelle works with children experiencing behavioral and school-related challenges, teens facing emotional and academic stressors, and adults managing mental health conditions that impact work, family life, and personal fulfillment. She also treats individuals coping with PTSD and trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, postpartum depression and anxiety, sleep disorders, and other psychiatric concerns. As a physician, Michelle integrates clinical expertise with a whole-person perspective on mental health. She recognizes the important connection between emotional wellness and physical health and values partnering with patients to identify effective strategies for symptom management, resilience, and recovery. Her goal is to help patients build stability, improve functioning, and move toward healthier, more satisfying lives. Michelle earned her education from Brandeis University and George Washington University. She remains committed to expanding her knowledge in health, wellness, and meditation to better support the evolving needs of her patients. Outside of her practice, Michelle enjoys gardening, landscaping, equestrian activities, and exploring new developments in health and wellness.
