I've been going to Dr. Nowak at Life stance Health in Porsmouth, NH for a few years and I love their office and how I'm treated with such respect. I recommend Dr. Nowak as an amazing psychiatrist! Also, the office area is cozy and inviting and also very quiet. Not like some offices that are full of people and noisy. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes but it's usually just a few.

I have been seeing Dr Nowak for several years and had the privilege of working with him. He's kind, knowledgeable and his humor is very therapeutic! He listens and lets you be part of your treatment plan and give good input. Derek goes above and beyond i his "call of duty" and keeps that practice running smoothly. Everyone I've encountered has been so kind and helpful.

Dr. Nowak is really the best, he listens to you and he’s a very caring doctor, he always takes his time and he always has a great attitude, Derick, is also very helpful and will always make sure that he has answered your questions and very helpful, Derick is his secretary, I would recommend this place to anyone! They really are the Best

Wonderful man my husband was full of anxiety and his thought process was all over the place until dr nowack started treatment a few years ago and he really helped him thank you dr nowack for your help and he passed away a week ago from pneumonia and he was septic Joe enjoyed you very much he wanted me to say thank you sincerely Linda S.

It’s hard for me to believe, but I’ve been seeing Dr. Nowak for about 30 years. He’s easy to get ahold of, he responds quickly to all my needs, the office staff have always been 100% pleasant, I’ve not had any negative experiences in 30 years. Highly recommend.
