Jennifer George Narbe helps adults and older adults across Oregon navigate complex mental health challenges through personalized psychiatric care that combines thoughtful medication management with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. As a prescriber at LifeStance Health, she works collaboratively with patients to understand their experiences, identify treatment goals, and develop practical strategies that support lasting emotional wellness. Her expertise includes treating anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, while also providing care for a wide range of additional mental health concerns. Jennifer has a particularly strong passion for helping individuals living with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and the psychological effects of human trafficking and domestic violence. She recognizes the profound impact that trauma, safety concerns, and serious mental health conditions can have on daily functioning, relationships, and quality of life. Through compassionate, nonjudgmental care, she strives to help patients stabilize symptoms, strengthen resilience, and regain a sense of control and hope for the future. Her treatment approach is rooted in partnership, education, and respect for each patient’s unique story. Jennifer incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and medication management when appropriate to support recovery and emotional growth. In addition to her primary specialties, she has experience treating a broad range of conditions, including trauma-related concerns, substance use challenges, sleep difficulties, women’s mental health concerns, and other psychiatric conditions. Jennifer works with adults and older adults from diverse backgrounds and has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She values creating an inclusive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to actively participate in their care. She is also able to provide services in Spanish and Tamil. Before entering clinical practice, Jennifer completed her education at Rutgers University and the State University of New York at Buffalo, building a strong foundation in medical and psychiatric care that informs her work today.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer enjoys hiking, spending time with her dogs, and expressing her creativity through painting. These interests help her maintain balance and bring a thoughtful, grounded perspective to her work with patients.
