Victor Richenstein is a Psychiatrist in Oregon who has been practicing since 1991. I’ve been with Dr. Richenstein monthly over a few years. It’s my experience that he makes you feel you are his only patient, and our visits are like relaxed two-way conversations. I never get the sense that he views me as broken or different from any other person but rather as a person who wants some self- understanding. After our visits, I feel refreshed, understood, forgiven, energetic and ready to hit the road. I don’t think he’s taking new patients, but if he is, you’d be a very lucky person.

When I moved from Portland to Eugene, my psychiatrist referred me to Dr. Richenstein, and I consider myself very fortunate. Dr. Richenstein is very genuine, knowledgeable, caring, easy to talk to, and willing to spend time with patients. He definitely sees us as individuals rather than "cases" or potential consumers of medication. I have a lot of respect for this physician and recommend him highly.

Dr. Richenstein has been instrumental in my care for last 4 years. He is kind and cares for his patients. He's not a Dr. who will just throw you on a lot of medications. He is very thoughtful about what he prescribes & any interactions they may have with any current medications you may already be on. I blessed to have him on my team!
