Marlow Taylor, M.D.,
About Marlow Taylor (He/Him)
Dr. Marlow Taylor helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigate mental health challenges with thoughtful psychiatric care and individualized medication management. As a prescriber at LifeStance Health serving patients throughout Utah, he works collaboratively with patients and families to better understand symptoms, clarify diagnoses, and develop treatment plans that support long-term well-being. His clinical interests include ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and he provides care tailored to each person’s unique experiences, goals, and stage of life. A significant focus of Marlow’s practice is infant, child, and adolescent psychiatry. He is passionate about helping young people overcome emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges that may affect home life, school performance, relationships, and self-confidence. Whether addressing childhood behavior concerns, attention and concentration difficulties, or mood-related symptoms, he emphasizes early intervention and evidence-based treatment to help children and teens build healthy foundations for the future. He also has experience working with a wide range of mental health conditions and serves diverse populations, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and military veterans. In addition to his primary areas of expertise, he treats many other psychiatric concerns and supports patients facing complex or co-occurring mental health needs. His approach is centered on listening carefully, fostering trust, and creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and respected. He recognizes that effective psychiatric treatment is most successful when it reflects the patient’s values, strengths, and personal circumstances. Through medication management and ongoing assessment, he strives to help patients achieve meaningful symptom relief and improved quality of life. Dr. Taylor earned his medical education from the University of Texas Health and Science Center at San Antonio and completed additional training at Washington University in St. Louis. Since beginning his practice in 2020, he has remained dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active outdoors, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and building community connections. These interests reinforce his belief in the importance of balance, relationships, and overall wellness.
