Dr. Beth Gargaro, M.D.,
About Dr. Beth Gargaro (She/Her)
Dr. Beth Gargaro helps children, teens, and young adults feel better and find more balance in their lives through thoughtful psychiatric medication care. At LifeStance Health, she works with families across Utah and partners closely with patients to understand the emotional, behavioral, and physical health challenges that can affect mental health.
Dr. Gargaro treats conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression. She is triple board-certified in Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. This special training helps her understand how a person’s physical health, brain development, and life experiences all work together to impact mental well-being.
She cares for patients from early childhood through young adulthood. Whether a child is struggling in school, a teen is dealing with big emotions and life changes, or a young adult is learning to navigate more independence, Dr. Gargaro provides support every step of the way. She also helps parents build skills and confidence so families can work together toward lasting success.
Dr. Gargaro enjoys working with people from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, children and teens with autism, and those involved in foster care or adoption.
When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Gargaro enjoys knitting, reading, and spending time with her family.
