Lindsay is incredible. She's been my therapist for less than two months (I think?) and I've been making leaps and bounds with checking in on how I am emotionally, regulating my often black-and-white thinking, accepting my past decisions (I was a horrible person), and sorting through my cripplingly traumatic experiences. My favorite part is that she lets me take up (at most) the first half of the session to update her on what happened to me during the week, then she leads the last half of the session about the aforementioned topics in my previous paragraph. I've never had a therapist this kind, understanding, and helpful with actually helping me manage my disorders. (Geez, now I'm getting teary-eyed.) I cannot recommend her enough.

I love this facility so much! From the check in progress, the waiting area (with free tea and coffee) to the excellent staff there's not one thing I don't like about LifeStance. Taking that first step into your mental and emotional health can be overwhelming and uncomfortable. But LifeStance makes it safe, comfortable and easy! Mary G is the absolute best therapist I've ever met. I'm so grateful for her kindness and understanding as well as her knowledge and skills in mental health. She has shed light on my life and I can now see a brighter way to live because of her counseling! I highly recommend Mary and LifeStance to everyone!

I was completely impressed by every detail of my experience. The office itself makes you feel like you’re in a 5 star spa. From the second you walk in you feel heard and genuinely understood. Kris has a gift and natural ability to connect with, listen, understand and help. It feels like it’s not just his job but that he actually cares. He’s very professional and extremely knowledgeable and I’m so thankful for his help and recommend him to anyone who needs helps with mental health.

I was late for my appointment because my GPS took me to the wrong place and luckily there was not a back to back appointment after me, so they adjusted the time so I could have my full hour with the therapist. I really appreciated that. My therapist was very good to dive right into my concerns and she listened to my situation and afterwards I felt much calmer than when I went in.

I tried to get into see a therapist after having a stroke. Everyone told me I would have to get in line and it would take about 2 to 3 months to see anyone. When I called Life Stance they hooked me up with a really phenomenal therapist and they have been super easy to schedule my appointments.
