Sabrena works with clients using a variety of evidence-based treatments modified for each client’s unique and individual needs, including Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-informed Care, and Solution Focused Therapy. She’s passionate about working with couples, adolescents and emerging adults who are learning to find their way in the world, as well as with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Sabrena is also trained in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and is passionate in serving this community.
