About Sydney Harvey (She/Her)

Sydney Haga Harvey, LCMHC, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals better understand themselves and create lasting, meaningful change. Since entering the mental health field, she has worked across a variety of treatment settings, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, day treatment, and residential care, supporting clients with diverse backgrounds, diagnoses, and life experiences.

Sydney’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. She believes that growth and healing are most likely to occur when people have a safe space to explore their experiences, better understand the different parts of themselves, and approach their struggles with curiosity and self-compassion. Her goal is to help clients gain clarity, strengthen emotional well-being, improve relationships, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with their values and goals.

Sydney integrates evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), family systems, and trauma-informed care. She tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs and believes that meaningful change begins with understanding, acceptance, and connection.

Sydney feels honored to walk alongside clients as they build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, deepen their sense of self, and create more fulfilling lives.
