Working with LifeStance is very easy. I can either call, go to their website or text in to schedule appointments. I've used all 3 ways with equally great results and response time. I needed to have a consult for my Bi-Polar diagnosis and check my medication levels. Then I also needed to begin therapy for a new diagnosis (PNES) brought on by so much health issues over the past 8 years. I didn't realize the full scope of what all my body had and is still going through. LifeStance was able to quickly accommodate both my needs. I appreciate the consult and follow-up. And therapy is already making a big difference. I feel understood, comfortable and safe to talk about anything. The therapy we are using is, I believe, a Godsend for me. I really appreciate every part of this process I have been through with these guys! Mrs. Brown is such an amazing soul. It’s nice to be treated like a person and not a case number. I’m thinking of continuing sessions even after my required ones are done just so I can have that freedom of no judgment or anything when it comes to talking about personal life and feelings. For the people that walk into this place and already have their minds made up about what it’s going to be, of course it’s not going to be good. For those that come into the process with an open mind and positive attitude, I don’t see how this can’t be helpful. But if you’re looking for advice on who to pick if you’re able to go so, Melanie Brown is hands down just amazing.

My employer referred me to this company. This was the first time I’ve met with Psychiatrist. Sharee Hendricks is incredible! She explained in a detailed ways to why this and why that. Made me understand the process she does in helping finding right treatment for every person. I actually learned several new things and everything she explained made sense to me! She’s very compassionate and shows a very good listening skills. At the end - when discussing the medication - she beautifully recapped the explanation for said medication toward specific behavior. She definitely didn’t miss a detail I shared with her and made sure everything has been covered and addressed. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me!

I feel very grateful for Brandon Morgan’s careful, and thoughtful treatment of me at a very fragile place in my life. He was very compassionate and present with me. Ha saw me…. That’s so important to be seen. And he saw me. He saw past other peoples assumptions of me, and confirmed where I was really at. I Gained so much more confidence because of his care filled treatment. On My third appointment with him I chose to have therapy as well as his help with medications. I’m just as pleased with the therapy as it was from the beginning with his compassionate ways. I would recommend Brandon to anyone who is struggling. Thank you, Brandon.

I had such a great experience at LifeStance Health! After years of feeling like just another number, it was such a relief to finally feel heard. Brandon Morgan, NP, took the time to truly listen, helped me understand my current medications, and worked with me to create a thoughtful treatment plan with the goal of reducing unnecessary prescriptions. For the first time in a long time, I left an appointment feeling hopeful and supported. I highly recommend working with this company. They have been very helpful with my mental health and getting me on the right medications for my Seizures as well. The office staff has been quick to respond to any needs I have had including medication refills and last minute appointments if necessary. Thank you Dr Hendricks and the staff that is behind the scenes as well.
