Dr. Abraham (she/her) is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with children and their families. She has specialized training in behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and parent management training. Families are an integral part of all treatment approaches. Dr. Abraham graduated with a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University and subsequently attended the University of Southern Mississippi where she received her Doctorate in Psychology. She completed her predoctoral internship and two years of postdoctoral fellowship in the Behavioral Psychology Department at the Kennedy Krieger Institute through the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Abraham worked as a staff psychologist at the Kennedy Krieger Institute until 2015 when she relocated to Concord, New Hampshire. Dr. Abraham primarily works with children ages 18 months to 12 years with a wide range of concerns. She has extensive experience working with children with disruptive behavior disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and sleep concerns. Additional treatment areas include disorders of early childhood such as Tic Disorders, Habit Disorders, and Elimination Disorders (bed wetting, bowel accidents). Treatment frequently takes an interdisciplinary approach and Dr. Abraham will work closely with your child’s medical providers when indicated, in order to facilitate progress.
