Dr. Berry-Worcester utilizes an integrative approach to treatment based on the individual needs and strengths of her clients, which include cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, structured behavioral intervention, solution-focused therapy, and child-centered play therapy. She has a special interest in the experiences of individuals with multicultural backgrounds, and she is an ally of individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. She places a strong emphasis on conceptualizing a person’s strengths, needs, and functioning in the context of relationships, and the environment in which one lives. Areas of experience include childhood trauma, parent-child relational problems, behavior disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, gender fluidity, anxiety disorders, and depression. Dr. Berry-Worcester provides psychological assessments for behavioral, emotional, attentional, learning, and memory problems, including differential diagnosis and treatment planning for attention deficit disorder, mood, anxiety, personality, and autism spectrum disorder. Dr. Berry-Worcester is a New Hampshire Licensed Psychologist and a member of the American Psychological Association. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, and she loves to run, read, and listen to music. She believes that being outside in nature can be a cathartic and healing experience.
