I am going to share more than I probably should in hopes that someone dealing with deep depression knows they are not alone and there is light at the end of the tunnel. For as long as I can remember, I have struggled with moments of depression. I had always been able to work my way through the low periods, keeping everything in my world intact, until one day I couldn’t, and I became completely overwhelmed by life. I didn’t understand it, I couldn’t explain it, and I was powerless against it. It was bad, like really, really bad. I made my way to LifeStance, and they connected me with Tammy Lucke. Tammy immediately made herself available and stood by my side throughout my journey. She was quick to understand dynamics and adept at guiding me to see things I couldn't. She helped me to understand emotions, regulate feelings, and challenge negative thoughts. And while we were making progress, she also saw that I needed something more and advocated on my behalf for TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). The combination of Tammy’s therapy and Dr. Katragadda and his team's TMS expertise changed my life. I am not going to say any of this was easy, but I will say it was worth it. I have gone from waking up feeling overwhelmed and utterly hopeless to waking up feeling at peace and deeply thankful.

Lifestance Health has fantastic doctors in their organization. Easy to manage telehealth meetings and billing system. Pleasant operators and staff that actually help you out instead of transferring you. I found the organization accidentally one day while on a service call, as my client was part of the staff and recommended I contact Lifestance. A personal recommendation led me to a fantastic experience and a road to recovery. Highly recommend.

After having awful experiences with other providers in the area, I am especially grateful for LifeStance! I have been able to make appointments for my family so easily and each provider we have worked with has been incredible! So professional and supportive! They handle all the insurance, I can use the portal easily and the customer support team has been excellent! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Excellent dialogue with very intelligent, well versed, highly experienced and open minded therapist. Truly understands my situation and has guided me through very stressful and difficult times in my life.
