Dr. Kelli Woodson is a clinical psychologist who has been practicing since 2019 and is currently licensed in NH. After obtaining her Bachelors degree in psychology from Clark University, she attended Antioch University New England where she received her Masters degree (MS) and then Doctoral degree (PsyD) in clinical psychology. Dr. Woodson has received training in various treatment settings, including completing a pre-doctoral internship at the Brattleboro Retreat and then a post-doctoral fellowship with LifeStance, before becoming a licensed clinician in NH.

Dr. Woodson provides both individual and couples therapy for adults (18+). She has experience working with a variety of mental health concerns ranging from mood-related disorders to relational difficulties, though she specializes in helping individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. Dr. Woodson uses an integrative approach to therapy to best meet the unique needs of each client – taking a trauma-informed lens to relational psychodynamic theory while integrating concepts from Relational-Cultural Theory, Acceptance-Commitment Theory, Cognitive-Processing Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness throughout her interventions. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to help them grow throughout their mental health journey.

When she is not providing therapy, Dr. Woodson also works as an organic vegetable farmer; having been in horticultural fields since 2013. She has been able to weave this into her career in psychology by presenting at conferences, through the New Hampshire Psychological Association and the American Horticultural Therapy Association, on the therapeutic effects of nature and horticulture. In both her work as a therapist and as a farmer, Dr. Woodson takes a holistic and integrated approach to growth (of people and plants!).
