Dr. Bell utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focus Therapy, Insight Oriented Therapy and Behavioral Therapy. His main areas of focus include attention deficit disorder (ADHD), couple counseling, autism spectrum, anxiety and mood disorders.
