David is particularly passionate about working with clients experiencing alcohol and drug use issues, as well as those managing anxiety or trauma. He understands how these challenges can disrupt relationships, work, and overall well-being, and he provides targeted interventions to help individuals regain control, strengthen coping skills, and cultivate a renewed sense of purpose. His work integrates mindfulness-based CBT, DBT, and existential psychotherapy to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth. He also specializes in supporting couples and families through relational challenges. Utilizing evidence-based couples and family therapy techniques, including parent-child interaction strategies, David helps clients improve communication, repair conflicts, and build healthier dynamics. He works with LGBTQ+ individuals, Men, and Military/Veterans, providing affirming and culturally aware care tailored to each person’s unique circumstances.
