Patrick takes a holistic approach with evidence-based techniques with the client, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Integrative Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Clients have the ability to live a more fulfilling life. However, sometimes the client may feel a little stuck and introducing them to a set of new tools can help foster that change they once may have perceived as impossible. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys working out at the gym, playing ice hockey, going on outdoor adventures, bike riding, and playing with his Doberman, Lyla.
