So, I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Bernard at LifeStance. She is kind, understanding, and listens to all concerns. Very personable and attentive. The only reason for the 4 stars is the absolute ridiculous new online "check in" service, which despite opting out of and stopping text messages from, still come for every appointment through email. It's 2 forms every single time and they ask the same questions over and over. If you want to confirm an appointment with me, pick up that heavy phone and make a call cuz I'm not filling out the forms again!

I love lifestance health. I use them for both medication and management and therapy. Let me tell you Mrs Valentina is the most compassionate provider for medication management I have ever had. If you’re in GA area, I strongly advise going to see her. Any issue I had she was quick to message and call me. I’m in kidney failure and homy bf through a tough time and she’s always so sweet about my situation. She’s awesome!

This is my first time doing therapy and psych help. They have made this so nice for me i love Jackie D orta and Wendy butler, they both make me feel so comfortable and get down to root of things. I was always told psychiatrist are rude and dismissive but that has neverrr been my experience here. They are also flexible with paying what you owe which helps me stay consistent
