I don’t have the amount of words to describe my Experience but to say my Dr. Mercedes Gibbons is Tender , Comprehending & most of all knows how to give me hope, advice rounding it up in one word she’s AMAZING !!! I wouldn’t have been able to o recome many situations that I have faced .I haven’t been able to receive the Personal Attention & Concern in which I have received with LifeStance the Professionalism , the Support I’m treated as a Family Member not a Patient but a Human being …Im Truly Blessed to have been able to find A Medical Facility as them …

It was my first experience with therapy and it couldn’t have been any better! Talking to Cheryl Ortiz was like talking to an old friend. She listened to me and gave me very assertive responses. Always the right answer for the situation and also answers that allows me to analyze my own reactions. As I said, my first session of the many more I would liked to have. Getting mental health support can be so daunting but I feel 1000% better than I did when I first set an appt here. I have all the time I need and I appreciate a conservative approach while still working toward solutions. I got lucky and the first thing we tried is working miracles in my life.

Booking appointments has never been a problem for me and the staff is always helpful/friendly. My nurse practitioner, Mercedes Gibbons, is so easy to talk with and a wonderful listener. She has a positive presence and I genuinely feel like she cares about me =-)
