I felt very comfortable with Angelica and felt very hopeful seeing how she had a plan for future visits to help me work through my emotions and ground myself. I appreciate being able to open up during an intake session. Update: I had great sessions with Angelica that helped direct me later to EMDR sessions with Dan (who I’m still seeing) and this has helped me a lot as well. The key is to stick with it and give the practice and healing time.

I had a very positive first session. From the moment I arrived, I was received with kindness and professionalism, and I felt respected and heard. The therapist took time to clearly explain confidentiality and privacy, which helped create a safe and trusting environment. The session felt thoughtful, attentive, and grounded in care. I appreciate the calm, respectful approach and look forward to continuing this therapeutic process.

I have never felt more comfortable than I do now talking to a therapist. She is amazing and has helped me in more ways than one, I recommended Nizel to friends and they too appreciate the work she does. Lifestance Health team make sure to be there when you need them. Thank you Lifestance for helping me be the person I am now. More work needs to be done but I’m sure with their help it will be alright

Booking process is pretty simple. I usually don't have to be on hold long. I do wish that you could book appointments online as an existing patient. I was able to book online initially but now that I have a patient portal it always just tells me to call. But overall recommend. Willing to work with you while you book different providers until you find one that's a good fit for you

I have done online therapy before and although I loved the therapist, it was too expensive. I feel tht lifestance is affordable. most importantly the therapist and PA I've been talking to listen to my concerns and are willing to hear wht I have to say. I feel like I'm on an upward swing(no mania🤣) and I appreciate all of them.
