My experience with LifeStance has been great. I've had a psychiatrist since last year and he's been very helpful. I just started with a therapist and he's been great so far and I think he will be very helpful. The system is easy to use and I haven't had any real issues. My only annoyance is you can't book a new appointment or make appointment changes online, but I'm not reducing my rating because they respond and take are of you quickly and they are friendly and easy to work with. There is, at least there was a couple of months ago, a page that lets you schedule your initial booking, but for some reason that page doesn't let you select some insurances that LifeStance is on. If you have an insurance not listed on the initial booking page you have to call. Usually, the provider will schedule your next visits, but if you need to make changes, you have to call. I am very happy I found this place, they have helped me a great deal through a tough time in my life.

I’ve been a patient with Lifestance since September 2nd, 2025, I’m so grateful I have the psychiatrist that I have had. Beforehand, I had been seeing a “so-called” psychiatrist however, all he was about was getting money from not my cares, social anxiety, panic attack disorders, or overall concerns. I enjoy my monthly meetings with my provider, he listens, he’s attentive to me as well, as my feelings, helps me manage my medication appropriately. I actually look forward to our appointments. I highly recommend anyone looking for any mental health providers and or are seeking mental health issues, that you consider seeing someone at Lifestance. The staff, Lifestance Health Team especially my provider and his assistants at the New Port Richey Location in Florida. They really care about you and your well being.

Victoria Sweeney is an incredible psychiatrist. From the very first appointment, she has always made me feel genuinely seen and heard. She creates a comfortable, safe environment where it’s easy to be open and honest, and she truly takes the time to listen.
