Kenya Manley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned a Bachelor of Social work from Morehead State University and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville. Kenya has 8 years of experience working in the community and in corrections. She provides services to individuals via telehealth. As a neurodivergent person herself Kenya understands how draining it can be to find a therapist that is the right match for you. She believes individuals should be encouraged to advocate for themselves and their symptoms while being provided psychoeducation along the way. Kenya is a firm believer in reframing your thought patterns and setting healthy boundaries but realizes this can be an uncomfortable process. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Socratic Questioning and Motivational Interviewing to assist in developing your own individualized path to a balanced life. In her free time Kenya enjoys spending time with her family/pets, playing tabletop games and watching TV/Movies.
