About Alyssa Clary-Sanchez (She/Her)
Alyssa Clary-Sanchez helps adults and older adults strengthen emotional well-being, navigate life transitions, and improve relationships through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. Serving patients across Kentucky, she provides care at LifeStance Health with a balanced approach that blends clinical skill, collaboration, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
While Alyssa treats a wide range of mental health concerns, she is especially committed to supporting individuals and couples working through emotional distress, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. She focuses on helping patients feel grounded and supported as they build insight, develop healthier patterns, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, with attention to how these concerns can affect daily functioning, relationships, and overall quality of life. Alyssa provides individual therapy and couples therapy for adults and seniors. She has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and military veterans, along with additional populations. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and couples counseling to address both present-day challenges and underlying emotional patterns.
Alyssa values a collaborative therapeutic relationship and works closely with patients to identify goals, strengthen coping skills, and foster long-term resilience. She emphasizes practical strategies while also creating space for reflection, healing, and personal growth.
Outside of her clinical work, Alyssa enjoys reading, biking, and playing board games. These interests reflect her appreciation for balance, curiosity, and connection, which she brings into her work with patients.
