My appointment was originally set for 11:40 today. Which I have the confirmation for it attached. When I arrived I was told it was 11:20 and I may have to reschedule. Luckily I was able to get in. I’m not sure why the time was changed without my consent or acknowledgment. The front desk made me feel that I was at fault for not making the Appointment on time. I try to tell them that i know it was scheduled for 11:40 and he kept telling me I was wrong. It wasn’t until after my appointment I was able to confirm that I was correct. Brittany Williams is Amazing and so easy to talk to!!!

I have suffered with depression and anxiety most of my life. But it got really really bad during and after COVID. I spent a lot of time churning through doctors and therapists and psychiatrist etc. Then I stumbled upon lifestance and more importantly, my counselor who I've been with for a while now helped me get to a point where I could at least function. I recommend them highly. I'm 50% better than what I was and I'll take that any day, and twice on Sunday.

I've been a patient of Hannah Morrison, mostly through telehealth, for almost two years. She is a wonderful provider for mental health/medication management, and can send referrals for therapy, if needed. She listens to my concerns each time I see her, and addresses any medicine changes before my appointment ends. 10/10 recommend this office and the care I've received.

LifeStance has a very professional and knowledgeable staff. The office communicates well with clients. I appreciate the reminders. My therapist is extremely supportive and well versed on many topics. She helps me to understand my life, my feelings, my thoughts and how to deal with all the changes that come my way. She’s a calming presence and a great listener.

I have found this practice to be ready to schedule with, the providers I have used have been helpful. I like being able to do counseling and meds management in the same place. Communication can sometimes be a bit clumsy using only the portal but I have found responses are prompt. I have recommended this practice to friends.
