Jessie Denardo, LPCC, helps adults and seniors across Minnesota work through life’s emotional challenges with compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based mental health care. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy for patients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Jessie creates a supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered while developing practical skills to improve emotional well-being, communication, and daily functioning. Jessie is especially passionate about supporting individuals managing workers compensation concerns and disability paperwork while coping with mental health conditions that impact work, relationships, and overall quality of life. She understands how emotionally exhausting these processes can become and works closely with patients to provide guidance, structure, and therapeutic support during periods of uncertainty and stress. Her approach emphasizes validation, resilience-building, and helping individuals regain confidence and stability as they move forward. Her clinical interests include anxiety, PTSD/trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, with additional experience treating ADHD, eating disorders, grief, school avoidance, and couples issues. Jessie also has specialized training in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for chronic PTSD and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Therapy into treatment when appropriate. She serves adults from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, while offering additional therapeutic services tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Since beginning her clinical practice, Jessie has focused on helping patients strengthen coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier relationships. Her therapeutic style is thoughtful, encouraging, and goal-oriented, allowing patients to feel supported while making meaningful progress at their own pace. Outside of her clinical work, Jessie enjoys reading, outdoor activities, exercise, and spending time with family and friends.
