About Jessica Clayton (She/Her)

Jessica is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker through the state of Minnesota and pursuing independent licensure (LICSW). She received her Master of Social Work from Capella University and Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Jessica enjoys working with individuals, families, adolescents, and children and has experience working with individuals and families struggling with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, mood disorders, conduct disorders, ADHD, Autism, FAS, PTSD, and more. Jessica enjoys incorporating evidenced-based interventions into practice such as sensory integration, mindfulness, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, radical acceptance, and art-based/integration therapies. She is also experienced and passionate about providing community based therapy to children and families in the twin cities and surrounding areas. Jessica strives to create a therapeutic safe space for clients to celebrate their authentic selves and work towards goals that are important to them. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her cats (Hank & Ferguson), making and appreciating art, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time with friends and family.
