Andrea is a licensed Marital and Family Therapist in the State of New Hampshire. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Master’s of Science in Marital and Family Therapy. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and family therapy modalities. She specializes in couples and family therapy, and addiction treatment, and has experience working with individuals and families with depression, anxiety, AD/HD, and trauma. She believes that individuals are the experts on their own lives, and works to empower her clients towards meeting life goals through the use of client centered approaches. She is skilled at Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, experiential therapy, structural and family systems theory, and prefers to work from an attachment focused and interpersonal neurobiology framework to help individuals and families to become their best versions of themselves.
