I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who believes that growth and healing begin with self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a willingness to make intentional choices. While we cannot always control the circumstances we face, we can learn to better understand our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and responses to life’s challenges.

My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that lasting change occurs when individuals develop a deeper relationship with themselves. Together, we explore the internal parts of self with curiosity and compassion, identifying patterns that may no longer be serving you and building greater self-understanding, self-respect, and self-trust. I help clients learn how to care for themselves emotionally, establish healthy boundaries, and make choices that align with their values and goals.

I work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship concerns, and challenges related to self-esteem and personal growth. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to take ownership of their lives while developing the tools needed to navigate difficulties with greater resilience and confidence.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, tabletop gaming, and learning new things. I believe that personal growth is a lifelong journey, and I am passionate about helping others discover their own strengths, deepen their self-understanding, and create meaningful change in their lives.
