About Kathryn Lachance (She/Her)
Kathryn Lachance is a licensed mental health counselor in Maine and New Hampshire since 2014. She works with clients aged 18-50 specializing in anxiety, trauma, depression, and women’s issues using the following modalities: ACT, CBT, CPT. She uses positive and strengths-based psychology and has an interpersonal, existential, supportive style believing in the mind, body, soul connection. She graduated from Quinnipiac university in 1992 and worked as an occupational therapist for 20 years. Her professional journey turned toward an interest in health, wellness and fitness coaching which led her to realize the power of mental health. She graduated from University of Southern Maine in 2014 with a Masters degree in counseling. In her spare time, she enjoys paddling the beautiful seacoast, trail running, and swing dancing.
