About Jessica Bordonaro (She/Her)
Jessica Rafferty is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Master Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor with over 9 years of experience specializing in substance use, addiction, depression and anxiety. Jessica utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Strengths Based Approach to treat patients between the ages of 15 and 90. Jessica has extensive experience counseling adolescents, adults, families, and groups in both residential and outpatient settings. Jessica practices a combination of traditional therapeutic techniques along with mindfulness techniques such as grounding and meditation in her clinical work. In her free time she loves reading, playing with her dog and traveling. Jessica has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roger Williams University.
