Christine Penta, MSW, LICSW, Therapist in Londonderry, New Hampshire

Christine is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Gallaudet University in Washington, DC. Prior to joining LifeStance in 2018, Christine spent ten years working in community mental health. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults, and has a wide range of clinical experience treating issues that include depression, mood dysregulation, anxiety, trauma, stress, difficult life transitions, relationship challenges, difficult family dynamics, women’s issues, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss. Christine is bilingual in English and American Sign Language. Christine utilizes a strengths-based, collaborative approach in her practice, drawing from a number of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She values fostering a compassionate, judgement-free space for all of her patients.
