Laura Whittick, MSW, LICSW, provides compassionate and evidence-based therapy to individuals and families in New Hampshire. She has extensive experience helping individuals manage distressing thoughts and behaviors, develop healthy coping strategies, and rebuild their lives after difficult experiences. She also works with clients facing challenges related to ADHD, mood disorders, eating disorders, and sleep disorders. Utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Laura tailors each treatment plan to fit the unique needs of her clients. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her dog and loved ones, reading, being outdoors, and staying active through volleyball and hockey.
