Jeff Weigle is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Keene State College and his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford. For his graduate internship, he provided outpatient therapy to adults in New Britain, CT. He then took an opportunity to work as an intern at Yale University conducting assessments and therapy groups for clients dealing with addiction and chronic pain. Before joining LifeStance in 2017, Jeff worked for several years at Greater Nashua Mental Health Center. In time, he became Team Leader of the Assertive Community Treatment Team. This program provided crisis intervention, community outreach, and evidence-based therapy to clients experiencing a range of mental health, legal, and life struggles. Jeff believes that forming a comfortable working connection with clients is vital to the process of therapy. Once that is well-established, he tailors treatment to the needs of the client utilizing a range of evidence-based, insight-oriented, and solution-focused techniques. He has experience providing help to adults dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar symptoms, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and significant life transitions.
