I have been seeing Taylor Foster for a while now for therapy, and he is one of the first therapists that has actually challenged my thoughts. He has given me more ways to manage my anxiety through challenging my own thinking, practicing deep breathing (which I was really against in the beginning), and becoming more aware of when my anxiety is coming up and whether my thoughts are being helpful or working against me. I really did not trust guys when I first began seeing him, but he has helped me through a lot of that by being understanding and a good listener. My anxiety feels much more manageable now, where before it didn’t feel like something I could cope with. I’m very grateful for the changes I’ve been able to make in therapy, and that anxiety doesn’t affect as many areas of my life as it used to.

At first visit I was warmly greeted by desk staff and very happy with their kind service. Ultimately I was able to see my current provider who had transferred to LifeStance from her previous employer. We had a meaningful meeting and I was easily able to get my previous prescriptions and found great relief at the ease of this process as she had set things up for me prior to her departure from the previous practice. All in all a seamless and appreciative response from me to LifeStance for their support in my quest for a ‘normal’ life in general. Thank you so very much!

If you are thinking about it. YES seek therapy. It was one of the best decisions I made for myself. I never feel like a patient or that I am broken so this will fix me. Some days it’s just nice to get things off your chest and other days it’s like the movies and you leave with that breakthrough moment. I feel like the process of meeting and understanding myself makes me feel better than wanting to “change” but more or less improve how I feel and accept who I am.

I have been impressed with LifeStance since my very first phone call. Every one I’ve spoken with has been professional and sensitive and kind. I have connected with a therapist that truly feels like a good fit. I was dreading the process but they made it extremely manageable for me. Far easier than I had dared to hope. I am so grateful. I really needed this. We all do.

Everyone at this office is incredibly helpful. My provider Lynn is amazing. I never feel rushed, and all my questions are addressed. I think the best part is that she makes my plan feel completely in my control with a huge amount of support so I know I'm making the best choices. I also love that it's virtual or in person.

I have had 1 session with Alan. This was just an intake. I have never had formal therapy before this. I felt more comfortable talking to this man than I have talking to my wife of 6 years. I am so happy that I have made the decision to talk to someone. And I am happy it was Alan.
