About Lindsey Landry (She/Her)
Lindsey Landry is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing since 2012. She graduated from Lesley University with a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling. Lindsey believes in incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, interpersonal, and insight-oriented approaches in her work with clients. She has also developed strengths in clinical symptom management, psychoeducational approaches to coping, stress management skill building, and crisis stabilization. Her main areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transition, and stress management. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys reading about and participating in leadership development, running and walking, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
