Specializes In:
I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy, focused on meeting you where you are while helping you build the tools and skills to move forward. I believe that change happened when we feel seen, supported and empowered- and when we have a clear path forward. My style is active, compassionated, and accountability driven.
Using CBT and DBT, I help clients understand the “why” behind their symptoms and take action toward real, measurable progress. Whether you’re managing ADHD, navigating anxiety or depression, or working through trauma or PTSD, our work will focus on building insight, teaching practical skills and creating lasting change.
I specialize in working with individual’s struggling with:
ADHD- Executive functioning challenges, focus, motivation and emotional regulation
Anxiety- Managing worry, panic, and overwhelming mindfulness and exposure tools
Depression- Reconnecting with values, behavioral activation, and thought restructuring
PTSD/Trauma- Grounding techniques, distress tolerance, and trauma-informed care
Together, we’ll identify your strengths and challenges, develop personalized treatment plan, and work steadily towards your goals. You’ll leave session with clear strategies, greater self-awareness, and tools you can use in daily life.
