Gi Indoccio is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2002. She earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Applied Psychology from Antioch University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Plymouth State University and a Board-Certified Life Coach with the NBCC. Utilizing an integrative holistic approach, Gi’s mission is to create a safe, nurturing atmosphere and environment where clients can begin to heal from the inside out by cultivating and strengthening their self-esteem, and personal growth. She has more than 25 years of experience in varying venues from Seacoast Mental Health, Behavioral/Psychiatric Unit at Portsmouth Regional Hospital and her own private practice called Graceful Awakenings, LLC. Providing individual and group therapy for adults, she specializes in treating Anxiety, Panic Attacks, and depression utilizing MBSR Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, MBCT Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, relaxation techniques, Nonviolent Communication and Hypnotherapy/Guided Imagery. As a Mental Health Counselor, Gi will guide clients to transform their limiting beliefs and behavior patterns to create new positive perspectives and regain their personal power no matter what life presents us. Gi practices a 30-minute MBSR Meditation session 5 days a week in her home and enjoys teaching all levels of Reiki since 1996 and is a Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, an evidenced-based 8-week meditation course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979. She also enjoys weightlifting and cycling for the Pan Mass Challenge for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute 5 times since 2013, raising over $30,000.
