Lisa Lawry is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2004. She graduated from The University of Southern Maine with a BA in Comparative Religion Studies and from the University of New England with a Masters in Social Work (MSW) and a graduate certificate in Addiction Studies. She has provided therapy in many settings including Community Mental Health, Crisis Services, Inpatient Mental Health, and outpatient practice. Lisa believes therapy should be a safe and supportive process inspiring and challenging you to be your true self. It is her role to inspire and encourage you and act as a consultant to help you reach your own treatment goals. Lisa is an experienced behavioral therapist and will work closely with you to help you identify behavior that is not effective in your life and collaboratively develop a manageable behavioral change plan. Lisa has had the honor of working with survivors of trauma for many years and is committed to helping you develop a safe healing space for the treatment of the emotions and behaviors that get in the way of you living a full life. She is committed to the treatment of co-occurring mental health and addiction believing that you must provide integrated judgement free treatment. Lisa has many years of experience working with people struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorders, and Phobias. Her undergraduate degree in Comparative Religion Studies combined with her MSW can provide support through spiritual crises and general life changes. Lisa is committed to helping her clients live a healthy, free, and inspired life. Lisa is a devoted dog mom to her Golden Retriever, Sidney. She is a reader and gardener and enjoys spending time with the lights of her life, her grandchildren.
