Welcome. I’m Tamar Bezalely, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I work with a wide range of clients, from pediatrics to mature adults, and specialize in supporting those facing infertility, trauma, ADHD, and OCD. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Tamar is a therapist that will go above and beyond to be there for you while also using very real tools such as DBT and CBT to guide you. If you want someone who is realistic but can also be a support person and someone you "need in your corner" she is the one for you. Also very good with relationship issues when one partner is nuerodivergent and the other isn't or both are.
