About Paula Ignizio (She/Her)
Paula S. Ignizio is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC-S) and a licensed independent chemical dependency counselor (LICDC) who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling.
Paula believes in honoring the whole person while helping the individual to be able to communicate their wants and needs while understanding their thoughts and feelings. Paula works collaboratively with the individual and enjoys being a part of her client’s journey of healing and understanding. Her main areas of focus include life transitions, OCD, LGBTQ+, trauma, and grief work, using ACT, CBT, DBT and mindfulness.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys reading, traveling, and a good cup of tea.
