I am a patient of Jeannie’s for the past year and a half now and I absolutely have loved the care I’ve received from her! She is extremely thoughtful, listens to everything I say/am concerned with even if I feel it is silly and reassures me that my feelings are always valid. Who I was a year and a half ago vs who I am now are 2 completely different people and while she always insists it was me who made that change happen, she is who helped direct it! I am so so so appreciative of her and Lifestance Health. If you are seeking psychiatric help, I cannot recommend lifestance more!!!

I found myself in the position of having to get a new psychiatrist when my prior psychiatrist was closing his practice. I was given a referral list for other providers, but they were not taking new patients. LifeStance health was one of the few providers I was able to find. I was taken on as a new patient by nurse practitioner Courtney and therapist Jeannie. I am extremely pleased of the care that they are providing me with. They are a God send. Their facility is conveniently located off I 71 in Strongsville. I would recommend LifeStance to my friends should they be of need.

My therapist, Stephanie, is phenomenal thus far. The booking process was terrible in the beginning. I booked an appointment online during a critical period and my appointment did not exist. I then had someone in the office tell me, “Oh yeah, sometimes that doesn’t work,” as if expecting an appointment and then being disappointed by not having one AT ALL is not detrimental to an already struggling psyche. So, two stories going on there. My therapist seems genuine and educated and capable, and that’s the important part.

I have been only been with Courtney Brumfield for a few months. She really helps me sort through my thoughts . Then she let's me know what she thinks because I don't look at everything.. She has helped me out of those dark holes that I experienced prior seeing her. My other n.p. Just kept changing my medicine and I had to wait and see him every 3 months. She is very helpful and I feel so much better and happier.
