Amy Crow, LCSW,
About Amy Crow (She/Her)
Amy Crow helps teens, adults, and older adults throughout Oregon build resilience, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. As a therapist at LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, individualized care for people experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also supporting those facing grief, life transitions, and other emotional and relational concerns. Through a collaborative and practical approach, Amy works to help patients identify meaningful goals and develop strategies that promote lasting well-being. Amy believes that therapy should be a space where people feel understood, respected, and empowered to create positive change. She offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique experiences and needs. Her therapeutic style incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and couples counseling approaches to help patients gain insight, improve coping skills, and strengthen communication. In addition to her primary areas of focus, she also provides support for a variety of other mental health concerns. A significant area of Amy’s clinical focus is helping individuals navigate major life transitions and relationship challenges. She enjoys working with people facing midlife transitions, later-life transitions, and couples issues, recognizing that periods of change often bring both stress and opportunities for growth. She helps patients explore new perspectives, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for moving forward with confidence and purpose. Amy’s approach is grounded in genuine connection and the belief that every person has strengths that can be leveraged in the healing process. She strives to create a supportive therapeutic environment where patients feel safe exploring difficult emotions, improving self-awareness, and working toward meaningful personal and interpersonal growth. She earned her degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and brings a commitment to evidence-based care and lifelong learning to her work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Outside of her clinical practice, Amy enjoys reading, hiking, playing video games, and crocheting. These hobbies help her stay creative, curious, and balanced, values she encourages her patients to cultivate in their own lives.
