About Janeen Smith (She/Her)
Janeen Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon who has been practicing since 2010. She has a Master of Science in School Counseling, a Graduate Certification in Contemporary Theory in Mental Health Services, a Bachelor of Arts in African Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts. Janeen is well versed in providing support to youth and adolescents who are system involved (Ex: DHS, Juvenile Justice), youth and adolescent sex trafficking survivors, gang impacted youth, and BIPOC trauma healing. Janeen is a veteran of the United States Navy. When spending time outside of her work responsibilities she loves basking in nature. She loves hunting, camping, hiking, and anything else that requires going outside to play. When Janeen is not outside enjoying nature, she can appreciate curling up to a good book and painting. Fun fact: she played college rugby!
