Leslie Clements helps teens, adults, and older adults build clarity, resilience, and emotional balance when life feels overwhelming. She provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals and couples across Oregon, supporting people as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Leslie creates a collaborative space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes. Leslie is especially passionate about helping clients manage anxiety and trauma-related stress while moving through midlife and later life transitions. She understands how grief, health changes, relationship strain, and shifting roles can impact emotional well-being, and she works thoughtfully with clients to develop practical coping strategies and renewed confidence. Her approach is grounded, affirming, and tailored to each person’s goals, helping clients reconnect with their strengths and values during challenging chapters of life. With experience treating teens, adults, and seniors, Leslie works with individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also addressing relationship concerns and life transitions. She has particular experience supporting First Responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, and women, while offering care to a broad range of clients with diverse backgrounds and needs. Leslie utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and incorporates additional evidence-based approaches when clinically appropriate. Outside of her clinical work, Leslie enjoys creative expression through art, dancing, singing, and theatre, which reflects her belief in the healing power of creativity and connection.
