Dinel Steiner, Therapist

Dinel Steiner, MA, LPC

Dinel Steiner is a Licensed Professional Counselor that uses a holistic mind-body approach to therapy. She views the relationship between the therapist and client as a gift and collaborative opportunity to explore new possibilities, find personal meaning, and let go of old messages that keep us stuck in old patterns. She has a holistic approach, understanding we are multi-faceted beings with different needs for healing. She is willing to journey with you through the healing process using mindful self-compassion as the key center of her work. She maintains that worthiness and self-love is a birthright that we as humans often stray from and uses eclectic approaches to help reconnect to our authentic self. Dinel utilizes Acceptance Commitment therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, and person-centered approaches. She has been a certified Reiki Master, teacher for the last 26 years and often incorporates this into therapy with mindfulness. She is a certified EMDR practitioner to safely work through traumatic events, complex trauma, and difficult past experiences.
