Elijah Argubright, Therapist

Elijah Argubright, RBAI

Elijah Argubright helps children and families across Oregon navigate behavioral, developmental, and emotional challenges with a compassionate, family-centered approach grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a Behavior Analyst at LifeStance Health, he works closely with young children and their caregivers to build practical skills, strengthen communication, and support positive behavioral growth in everyday life. Elijah provides individual therapy for children and specializes in working with Autism Spectrum Disorders, childhood behavior issues, and family-oriented behavioral support. Elijah is especially passionate about helping children with autism and empowering families with tools that foster connection, consistency, and long-term success. He understands that every child experiences the world differently and tailors treatment plans to meet each child’s developmental needs, personality, and strengths. His collaborative style encourages parents and caregivers to become active participants in the therapeutic process, helping create meaningful progress both at home and in the community. Working with children ages 0–10, Elijah focuses on creating a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment where children can feel safe, understood, and encouraged to grow. He values patience, creativity, and curiosity in the therapeutic relationship and believes that meaningful change often begins through trust, play, and connection. He also offers additional support for families navigating developmental and behavioral concerns. Outside of his clinical work, Elijah enjoys hiking, poetry, and philosophical discourse. Raised on imagination, adventure, and building with Legos, he brings creativity and curiosity into both his personal life and his work with children and families.
