About Karli Kilby (She/Her)
Karli Kilby, LPC, creates a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered to grow at their own pace. Karli offers care for teens, adults, and seniors and focuses on collaboration and adapting support to meet each client’s needs. Karli is especially passionate about supporting women’s concerns, life transitions, stress management, the LGBTQ+ community, and those connected to adoption or foster care. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she helps clients identify and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, increase awareness of the body’s protective factors, and helps clients grow in self-compassion. Outside of her clinical work, Karli enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and being outdoors—especially hiking, camping, and swimming.
